Lawless Roleplay is a reasonably old server that opened it was doors back in 2013. In that short space of time, we have set the golden standard for any SA-MP community. When you join Lawless Roleplay, you enter the city of Los Santos, a city infested with corruption, crime, and lunatics. Your role in the city will depend on the actions you take. What you do determines your value in Los Santos. Rise above the law or protect it, the choice is yours!
We pride ourselves in excellent administrators, staff, and features, but most importantly, fantastic players. We have been able to foster this great community by following strictly to our mission statement.

Lawless Roleplay is, and always, will be a community first and a game server second. We are dedicated to fostering an environment with a member-centric approach where all players have equal potential for in game success and community recognition.
Why play at Lawless Roleplay?
Lawless Roleplay was initially founded on the principle that all players should rise or decline based on the actions of the person behind the player. We feel that success should be determined by a player's actions and talents and not the whim of an administrative team. We have great code. We have a great staff. We have great players. But most importantly, we have a vigilant regard for your potential.
Is this a roleplay server?
We have worked to provide many in-game tools to encourage roleplay, however, roleplaying is not required to play here. We feel that any preferred mode of play that does not infringe on any other player’s enjoyment of the game is productive. Due to the harsh nature of the game mode, frequent player versus player (PvP), violent interaction should be expected. However, this does not mean that players are allowed to kill other players for no reason.

Light Roleplay is finally here!
It's about time that we adjust ourselves to the new reality of building a healthy environment full of in-character interactions. We have been under the influence of Dynamic Roleplay for so long to the extent that we feel like these changes are completely impossible, but with your help, nothing is impossible! We will stay by your side down the road and will help you apply the new roleplay system, and we have to help each other to build this new society by remaining professional and genuinely giving it a shot.
What's Light Roleplay?
Light Roleplay is the process of building in-character interactions without overdoing it, and you will have the freedom to choose when you desire to roleplay and in which situation you'd like to take part. The term "Light" also refers to not being compelled or forced to use the /me and /do commands all the time. Neither roleplay everything you do, and you only have to adapt a professional in-character behavior without breaking the Metagaming and Powergaming rules.
What's Metagaming?
Metagaming is the scenario of mixing real-life information with in-character information.
What's Powergaming?
Powergaming is roleplaying unrealistic situations by forcing them onto other players without giving them the freedom to react the way they see fit.

There are two types of jobs that you can choose from the Lawless Roleplay.
Legal jobs pay you whenever you sign your paycheck (once every hour).
Illegal jobs pay you upfront with cash; however, you have the risk of getting busted by the law.
Upon entering the server, you may wonder what all these colorful names are and what they represent. These are gangs, and you can see a list of all gangs by typing /gangs in chat. We strongly recommend you join a gang to help you start. You may also choose to have a colored nametag just like everyone else by typing /bandana. They're colorful and pretty, but beware that you're opting yourself in for gang wars if you have them on. Wearing a bandana gives other gangs a reason to shoot you (and vice-versa). We recommend keeping your bandana off until you've got enough workforce & firepower to deal with the chaos.
Just like gangs, factions also have their own colors, which they can use to toggle whenever they are on duty or not. You can see the list of factions by typing /factions in chat. Players inside a specific faction can use the command /badge to toggle their badge and to indicate that they are ready to serve the people of Los Santos. We have nine factions as of now, and these are:

What are these new factions?
As part of our commitment to improving the roleplay level on Lawless Roleplay, we are proud to announce that Angel Pine will be the home of our medium-high roleplay community.
To bring life to the area, we added a hospital with full insurance possibilities, and a new medical and fire faction called Angel Pine Medical Center (APMC), which will be serving citizens of Angel Pine and surrounding areas.
We have also added some law and order to the region to introduce the San Andreas Sheriff's Department (SASD).
Want to test your luck and prove to that hottie across the road that you're not a loser? You can go to any casino and gamble some money. There are even loan sharks who will loan you money to gamble with. Careful, though, not paying them back has pricey consciences.

When notorious players get sent to prison by the FBI, they'll land in an unpleasant jail with a huge fine and plenty of time to ponder over their actions. The prison system allows gang members to break into the prison cells and to break out their buddies! They'll need to bypass a series of guards, and once they're in..they need to free their buddies and escape before the police respond!

Now, this is the BIG bombshell that we decided to leave to the very end. This feature has redefined SA-MP and our server in every single way you can imagine! The land system allows players to own a piece of land and build whatever they like on the land! And I mean anything! You can buy objects and place them on your land - you can create your own house, office, skyscraper, gang HQ or faction HQ, or anything you can imagine.

We have a VoIP application named Discord that provides a platform where the player can interact with other players through chat or voice. Discord specializes in text, image, video, and audio communication between users in a chat channel and voice channel.
