Modern Life Roleplay was founded by Zack Larson, John K. Batye, and Jermi Lazilo.
Welcome to the Modern Life Roleplay's Server advertisement, I would like to bring our server to a large community of players that are interested in joining a good Roleplay server.
We are really hoping that you will give our server a try. We are expecting many players, old players and also new players.
Our server is based on a Custom Roleplay type, We are not Low, Medium or even Heavy. We are a Custom type.
This means that you do not have to be great at roleplaying, as long as you try your best, we will be happy.
We also have plenty of custom and unique systems that you normally wouldn't see on some servers.
When you start the server you will spawn at the Newbie Area. You can make your way towards any of the places below to get started.
City Hall: It is suggested that you head over to City Hall first; it can be found in Pershing Square.
You can purchase various licenses in the DMV department of the City Hall, which is just on the left as you enter.
If you continue to go straight once you enter, you will reach the Government Agency.
DMV Office: Here is the DMV Office, where you can purchase all the licenses you need ranging from cars, boats and even planes.
This should be your first destination in your character's life because you don't want to be found driving without a license!

All Saints General Hospital: If/when you are severely injured and pass out(wasted), you will be taken to All Saints Hospital.
When you are released, you will be given your hospital bill, and stripped of your weapons.
Beware, they are clumsy; you might drop some of your belongings while being transported(You lose half of your inventory on death).
If you are wanted, they will bring you to the LSPD and detain you when they're finished operating on you.
Los Santos Bank: The place for all of your depositing/withdrawing/check-writing needs!
If you're insecure about carrying your money around or need some in your wallet you can go to the Los Santos Bank and deposit it there for safe keeping.
Alternatively, if you are far from the bank, you can withdraw money from an ATM. They can be found scattered across Los Santos.
If your bank goes in debt, your properties will be sold automatically to make up the debt.
Government Agency: Need to pay off some fines, change your name or license plate or buy health insurance? The Government Agency is where to go!
If you do not have enough money on hand to pay for a ticket by LSPD, you can pay it off here.
You can edit your name and/or license plate to your liking, for a fee.
Health insurance allows those treatments at All Saints to be free, recommended for those unlucky citizens!
Ganton Gym: The best place to work out and monitor your fitness.
Here you can do various tasks that will test your character's stamina in order to train.
After you accomplish enough tasks, you can learn a new martial art/fighting style.
You can also become a Boxer here and fight other boxers in Los Santos.
Jefferson Car Dealer: Need a car for those longer trips? Go to the car dealership!
You'll eventually need a vehicle to get to and from places around Los Santos; The car's prices range from $500 to $1,600,000.
You can buy car insurance so that if you're in a collision and the car is totaled, you can re-claim it at the Insurance Agency.
The Car Insurance Agency is located across from All Saints General Hospital.
There are many jobs available across Los Santos, legal and illegal, what you want to be is all up to you.
In Modern Life Roleplay, the jobs that you can select from are:

There are also some more unique jobs that are still a work-in-progress:

Music Artist (legal)
Along with jobs, factions follow suit; there are many factions for you to take part of.
You can take advantage of your charisma and be a news broadcaster in SAN News.
Another idea could be to lead the LSPD, and make the crime rate in Los Santos lower!
If you're still looking for more power, you could even be the mayor of Los Santos, and hold the key to the city in your hands.
On the other hand, if you can't be in the government faction because you're criminal record is riddled with felonies, you can lead the streets on another accord.
You can start up your own family and claim turf/points for your gang. The more territory you own, the louder you are heard.
Every hour you keep a turf claimed, you will earn money, which will be deposited into your family's safe.
If you're looking for something more leisure-like, such as a Casino, you could take part of and join the Ocean Shore Casino Corporation.
Ocean Shore Casino can be found adjacent to LSPD in Pershing Square. Be careful, you're using your money!
You can also take your character's life out of the game with our social media site called LifeBook.
Create an account and add friends; share your experiences that you had in-game with friends online(Everything on LifeBook is In Character).
Upload photos, videos, raps or even plan out events for the future. But don't be too mischievous; illegal activity is monitored by the LSPD.
