About Platinum Gaming Role-play
Are you tired of the Community's in SAMP Ran By little Kids acting Immature , corrupt, and doing whatever they please ? Platinum Gaming maybe a server you may want to look into.We Want to Role-play as Much as you do. We want the community to have as much player interaction within factions and the server without having just the server administrators making the call for the factions and who the leader will be. Instead the Government will be an elected official by the players. While applications will have to be submitted to administrators to run for office, once the application is approved. If you are approved, once the forum is open for Government elections you are free to debate and campaign in game. The Government faction will have the authority to hire the faction leaders, therefore all players have a fair chance of becoming a faction leader. We are also working on making the prison an actual Role-play area, instead of just sitting in the prison doing nothing for several hours. We are a Fun Filled Community Looking for a Chance to be your Community.
PG-RP Rules
These Rules Apply to Everyone Even Our Admins
No Death-matching = Will Get you a 2 Hour Jail Time with a 4 Hour Weapon Restriction.
No Meta-Gaming = Will get you Fined Then Jailed Could lead up to a ban.
No Killing on Sight
No Vehicle Surfing

Ex: Simply put, this should sum up anything from OOC racism, hatred, name calling, rudeness, spam, CAPS lock abuse, spamming reports/text, general PM and /b misbehavior and whatever not. Be kind to others and think before you type. There is no need to be hurtful or abusive to others, especially towards admins who are here to help you out.
Do Not Power-game
Ex.1 - John_Smith runs across the street, flips over the handrail, lands perfectly on his feet and continues to run away from the cops.
Role-play at all times
This includes but is not limited to:
No healing during fights.
No ninja-jacking other players (Pulling players out of their vehicle with no role-play) unless being chased or in a situation where it would be impossible to type a /me.
No quitting the game to avoid being arrested or getting into role-play situations with people.
No vehicles allowed inside the mall
No provoking others without proper IC reason (This includes provoking cops into chases or other inmates at SACF)
No Olympic Swimming (defined as continuous swimming with no physical effect to your character)
Role-play taking out large weapons (M4, AK47, MP5, Sniper Rifle, Rifle, Baseball Bat, Katana, Cane, RPG)
No advertising of illegal items (weapons, drugs etc)
No abusing bikes/motorbikes (hopping about, tapping W to go faster etc)
You are not allowed to role-play a character which was already Character Killed (CK)
Radios (/r) and phones are IC only, so no OOCly chats or discussions over these. Also Radios can only be used as Radios, nothing else (SMS, PTM, AIM, PAGER etc.)
Punishments:
Punishments can vary from short or long admin jail times to a permanent ban based on severity.
Do not use third party modifications.

The ELM CLEO modification is allowed for LAW and FD on duty only.
Cam hack can only be used with admin consent and supervision.
Keybinders are allowed to enhance role-play, but must not be used as a replacement for typing out commands.
Skin modifications are perfectly fine as long as they do not affect other players - as they are only visual modifications for yourself.
CLEO Stream Memory Fix is allowed to be used for those players who have an excessive amount of skin modifications installed.

PG:RP Factions
The factions are run by the players after the first election in a month. While the faction leaders will be chosen by the new government, the PG-RP Gaming Operations will only deny an appointee if the person has extensive problems with the admin team. (I.E Several Admin jails). The only time an administrator will run a faction is when a new faction is being open to make sure the Role-play of the first set of members (One of which will be chosen by the government to run the faction) Once the trail of the faction is complete (One Month Max) the government will be able to chose a leader. The rules for of the server will be enforced however that does not mean one cannot be corrupt. The Fire Department will be kept busy with a random fire script that goes off every 30 minutes. The Fire Department will have several stations stationed through the City of Los Santos.

Families
In order to become an official family, you must submit an application. The application has to be unique, and the members have to prove they can Role-Play before the gang is accepted. We do not want Families to be known for breaking rules. The rules for of the server will be enforced.
PG-RP Administrators
The administrative team is there to help players, and all administrators are required to go through the moderator team. Once you are recommended to the administrator team, the administrator will be started off as Junior admin. Administrator will be on a strict three strike Policy. Reviews are done by a board of Administrative Personal, the administrative personal board will investigate any reports against an administrator or moderator, and all promotions and proposed hires will have to go through the board of Administrative Personal. Platinum Gaming does not allow an administrator to run a faction after the trail of the faction has been completed. The idea of the Administrative team is to enforce the rules, not break them , any admin found breaking the rules of the server will be placed on suspension or dismissed from the administrative team.
