Name(the name on the Sig)-
Image(what type or url of the image you want!)-
Due(when you want it done by);-
Colors(the colors you want in you're Sig)-
Theme(Medieval, or futuristic, etc...)-

Please Give at least Some time.... to be done. JUST in case WHERE not able to get to it or have other projects. Thanks.
